 Yes, some time ago I was in Washington DC when a lady saw me in a super market and there were a lot of people there. It was unbelievable to her and she said, “Oh my God! I just watched you this morning, oh my God” She started shouting and called the attention of the entire supermarket, “Come and see, he’s an actor from my country, Nigeria.

I just watched him this morning!” I begged her to stop and she paid for everything I bought in the supermarket that day. I was also in Johannesburg sometime ago, when a lady walked up to me and just stretched out her hand. I was a bit embarrassed because she just came, looked me straight in the eyes and stretched out her hand for a handshake.
I looked back at her and said, “In my country, young women do not stretch out their hands to shake older men or to shake a man”. She said, “Oh I’m very sorry, it’s just that I’ve been watching you and I can’t believe that you are in my country”.
She then said “Ok, what am I supposed to do? I said “You will bend down and I will pat you on the back”. Immediately, she bent down and I patted her on the back and she just stayed like that, walking, shouting and saying, “He patted me on the back!” (Laughs)

Abuja, Nigeria (CNN) — With every attack by
Islamist militants in northern Nigeria, Daniel
Ayuba relives a nightmare.

Two years ago, attackers planted a bomb near
a car wash in Maiduguri. The explosion
shattered his leg and left 80% of his body
covered in shrapnel.
It also flattened cars and motorbikes, and left
an entire neighborhood smoldering.
“I looked around me and there was fire burning, houses blown up and dead people,” said Ayuba, the scars still visible on most of
his body. “I kept on crying, crying for someone to come help me, but no one would come.”
Ayuba is among a fast-growing list of Boko
Haram victims.
The Islamist militants have
intensified their wave of terror targeting the
north and beyond.
And every attack gets more brazen.
They swoop in on foot, motorcycles
and car convoys. They hurl bombs
and pull guns with lightening
speed.
In April the terrorist group
attracted worldwide attention —
and condemnation — when it
abducted an estimated 276 girls in
April from a boarding school in
Chibok in northeastern Nigeria.
Dozens escaped, but more than
200 are still missing.
A few days earlier, the militants
bombed a bus station, killing at
least 71 people on the outskirts of
the capital of Abuja.
“When I heard the news, I started crying,” Ayuba said. “I said to myself, ‘What’s wrong with these people?'”
Father ambushed, killed
In his case, the car wash bombing
was not his first brush with the
militants.
Years before that, members of the
terror group ambushed his father, a police
officer, and sprayed his car with bullets. “When my father arrived … they came out, one of them shot him in the head”, he said. His
father died.
The lawless Borno state, whose capital is
Maiduguri, is a major hot spot for the
militants. So much so, it had banned
motorbikes a few years ago to prevent drive-
by attacks by Boko Haram.
The group is known to use gunmen on
motorbikes to kill.
Ripple effects
For nearly a year, Borno, Yobe and Adamawa
states have been under a state of emergency
due to the relentless assaults.
The Islamist militant group has bombed
churches and mosques; kidnapped women and
children; and assassinated politicians and
religious leaders.
Boko Haram — whose name means “Western
education is sin” in the local Hausa language
— says it wants to impose a stricter
enforcement of Sharia law.
Violence related to the group killed 1,500 in
the first three months of this year alone.
As the Nigerian military battles the brutal
militants, it’s breaking the rules as well.
Rights group accuse both sides of
ruthlessness — Boko Haram of indiscriminate
attacks, and the military of extrajudicial
killings.
And as the militants step up their attacks,
Ayuba is just glad to be alive. “It was God that saved me. He kept me alive on purpose, and I ask God every day to relieve that purpose to me,” he said.
He walks away with a limp, his scars a symbol
of an insurgency that will not be forgotten.

Nigerian man Arrested after jumping The White House Fence (Photos)

A Nigerian man based in Maryland, Dominic Adesanya, (pictured below) has been arrested after jumping the White House Fence.
According to police reports, around 7.15pm yesterday Wednesday October 22nd, Adesanya, 23, climbed the fence on the North Lawn of the building and got about 20 yards past the fence before he was taken down by Secret Service and dogs.
He’s currently in police custody but is being treated in a hospital for injuries he sustained during the encounter. He was attacked by K.9 dogs.
The White House was on a lock-down for about two hours after Adesanya jumped the fence. President Obama was said to be in the White House at the time of the incident. Police also said Adesanya was not armed…but he’s still in big trouble.
According to his Facebook profile, he attended Stevenson University for business administration and management and Hartford Community College for an associate of science, along with partially business administration and management.
His father spoke with ABC 2 and said Adesanya had been arrested at the White House before and that the family had tried to get him help.
His jump comes weeks after a similar incident happened, prompting the resignation of the director of Secret Service, Julia Pierson on October 1st. In September, a 42 year old man named Omar Gonzalez also jumped the fence and got in the East room before he was arrested. Guess there will be more copycats. The Secret Service need to pay more attention.

Tyga came into the game as part of Young
Money Entertainment and Cash Money
Records, but during an interview with Vibe
magazine, the rapper admitted he’s currently
trying to distance himself from Lil Wayne’s
YMCMB label because he doesn’t get along
with a few of their famous members.

“Yeah, I’m tryna’ go independent. I don’t really get along with Drake. I don’t really get along with Nicki [Minaj],” the 24-year-old
spilled, but that wasn’t all he had to say.
“I don’t like Drake as a person. He’s just fake to me. I like his music; you know what I’m saying? I think his music is good, but we’re all different people. We were forced together and it was kinda’ like we were forcing relationships together. It is what it is. But I been friends with Chris [Brown] for like six years. That’s my real genuine friend. We hang out all the time. He lives up the street from me, so we don’t just do music we hang.”
Tyga continues, “I think being signed to Young Money, everybody felt like they had to force a relationship ’cause Wayne put us together. At the end of the day the reason why I signed to Young Money is because of Wayne. Not because of Drake, not because of Nicki. It was because of Wayne and my relationship with him. I try to be cool with everybody, but sometimes, everybody just has different personalities, motives, and different characters. When you realize that, you realize that’s not a place where you want to continue to grow.”
One person Tyga has been seen spending
quite a lot of time with is 17-year-old Kylie
Jenner, and although dating rumors continue
to heat up as each of their outings arise, the
“Rack City” rapper insists there’s nothing
romantic going on.
“Kylie? Nah. See the thing about Kylie…I’ve known Kylie and the whole family for four years. I introduced [Blac] Chyna to Kim [Kardashian] about a year ago. So everybody’s been cool, but like it’s just so hard, their world is different,” he explains. “If somebody wanna hang out, cool, I’m not opposed to hanging out with somebody. I hang out with her [Kylie], her sister [Kendall Jenner], I hang out with Scott [Disick] sometimes, I hang out with Khloé [Kardashian] sometimes. But people wanna take the situation [with Kylie] to the next level.”
As for his current situation with ex Blac
Chyna, he says it’s all love. “We decided to take a break apart ’cause you don’t wanna raise an emotionally unstable child, and that’s what it comes down to. It wasn’t my happiness, and it wasn’t her happiness. It was for the sake of [son] King.”
But he’s not ruling out a reconciliation in the
future. “I mean, of course I love her. I had a kid with her for a reason. We were together for two years, but sometimes people need to see what life really is without the other person. [They need to experience life] without Prince Charming and really learn responsibility. You can’t change a person. A person is always gonna be who they came to the table [as]. You can improve a person’s potential, you can help guide that person but at the end of the day, they’re gonna make their own decisions.

Chinese Woman Destroys ATM With Bare Hands Out Of Annoyance.

Lin, a 28-year-old chinese woman, was frustrated that an Automated Teller Machine(ATM) was unable to dispense money and this got her angry that she destroyed the ATM
with her bare hands.

This incident occurred at Jinshawan Shopping
Mall in Shilong town, ChinaSMACK reports.
It is being alleged that Lin suffers from mental
health problems. She has been taken to
Dongguan Mental Hospital for examination.
Police are awaiting the hospital results before
going further with investigating the case.
